About me
Welcome to Glow Zone Beauty, I’m so happy you’re here! I’m Micah, your medical aesthetician! My passion for beauty runs back to being 8 years old and sneaking around in my mom’s makeup drawer and playing with her skin care. Throughout my teen years and into adulthood, I continued to love expressing myself with makeup and started to notice changes in how it settled on and began to affect my skin over time. This is when I began to realize the importance of caring for your skin underneath rather than covering it up. Loving beauty my whole life led me to pursue my education in Advanced Professional Aesthetics to learn the history and science behind achieving and prolonging skin health.
I believe my clients deserve the best, this includes education, high quality ingredients, and to deliver targeted, results-driven treatments. I specialize in anti-aging, pigmentation, and acne management. The name Glow Zone comes from the word Ozone, one of my favourite transformative ingredients to incorporate into my treatment room for its revitalizing effects; where there is oxygen, there is life. My goal is always to educate my clients to care properly for their skin, to understand prevention over correction, and maximize their results, whilst providing a space to breathe life back into your day through relaxation, inner peace, and tranquility.

The dermaplaning facial removes vellus hair that traps oil, debris, and dead skin; revealing noticeably, brighter, smoother and dewy skin. This treatment can be enhanced with a light chemical peel. Not suitable for skin with active acne.

Using Zemits Hydroverstand Pro device, offering deep yet gentle exfoliation, leaving your skin baby soft with an out of this world glow. Customizable to target your every need, acne, brightening, anti-aging. Can be combined with dermaplaning or a peel for deeper exfoliation and further customization. Hydro-jelly mask incorporated along with neck and shoulder massage.

Tailored treatment to target specific concerns including acne, visible signs of aging, scarring, and pigmentation. This is performed in a series of 3-4 treatments for best results, using Glymed Plus peeling systems. You can expect minimal downtime and light to minimal peeling within 3-5 days. Notice more radiant skin within 1 week post treatment

This treatment reduces the look of in-depth scars, wrinkles, fine lines, post-inflammatory pigmentation, and overall texture using the technology of collagen induction therapy (CIT). Using FDA and Health Canada approved E-pen device, micro-channels are gently created in the skin to increase penetration of product and induce wound healing. This is combined with Health Canada class II Medical grade LED to support the body's natural healing factors and stimulate collagen synthesis.
